Delivery

We deliver printed photographs to addresses in the United Kingdom. Standard delivery is free — the price you see on the product page is the total you pay. Tracked express delivery is available for £3.99.

Delivery options

Standard delivery — free

Included with every printed pack (2, 4 or 6 photos, from £9.99), by Royal Mail 1st Class. Untracked. Typically arrives 4–5 working days from order.

Express delivery — £3.99

An optional upgrade on any printed pack, by Royal Mail Tracked 24. Tracked. Typically arrives the next day after printing.

These are estimates based on our print partner's and the carrier's normal service, not guarantees.

Digital products are not posted

The digital download (£5.99) and the digital download with a print-ready sheet (£6.99) are files you download immediately after payment. Nothing is posted, and no delivery charge applies.

What you receive

• Your photographs printed at the exact size required for your document (35 × 45 mm for UK passport, driving licence and eVisa photos) at 300 DPI on professional photographic paper.
• All the photographs in your pack arrive on a single 6 × 4 inch sheet, with white gaps printed between them so you can cut them apart with scissors or a guillotine. They are not delivered pre-cut.
• A sturdy, photo-safe envelope to prevent bending and damage in transit.
• A digital copy of the same photograph, downloadable straight away — you do not have to wait for the post.

Dispatch times

Printed orders are made to order. Standard orders are dispatched within 1 working day of your photograph being approved. Express orders placed on a working day are dispatched the same working day wherever possible. Orders placed at a weekend or on a bank holiday are produced on the next working day.

Tracking

Express orders are tracked: you will receive an email with your tracking link once your order has been dispatched. Standard 1st Class post has no tracking number, but you can look your order up at any time on our tracking page.

Delayed or lost orders

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, or your express tracking has not updated for 5 working days, email support@digitalphotopassport.com with your order number. We will chase the carrier and, if the order cannot be located, reprint and resend it free of charge or refund you in full — your choice.

Returns

Printed photographs can be returned by post within 90 days of delivery, free of charge. Contact us first and we will email you a prepaid return label and the return address. See our returns and refunds policy for the full conditions.

International delivery

We currently take orders from, and deliver printed orders within, the United Kingdom only.
